Yes, I have lived through the nightmare and that too in my worst financial phase. I sure hope there was a policy for credit companies to go little soft on the family when the loaner is admitted in the hospital for a critical operation. It's understandable that there's is a business and they have to act to keep their own accounts good , but you can't expect a patient with a neurological problem to get out of the bed and go to work to meet every deadline , but I guess that's what they expect.Well, once bitten twice shy. Why would I ever use their credit card if the companies have no humanitarian policy ? I didn't expect to survive through it and I should consider myself lucky that I did.
